Invalid Hologram Number - Troubleshooting
PLEASE NOTE: If you have attempted to enter the SAMPLE NUMBER of: I01234567, please note that this is used as an EXAMPLE ONLY and is NOT your actual hologram number which can be found on the item itself.
If your Ironclad Hologram number is not validating in our system, it's possible that the item...
1 ...is in the system but is not being entered correctly
To enter your number correctly please first enter the letter at the
beginning of the hologram and add the numbers following it.
Please note: Do not include the spacing that is between the first
letter & first number.
2 ...is not in the system correctly
If you believe this is the case please contact us via email
at customerservice@ironcladauthentics.com
3 ...was just recently signed and is not yet updated in our system
All signed items will be added to the system 2-3 weeks following the signing date.
If your item is from a recent signing please note this time table.
